This equipment consists of 6 channels, 1set of PID Type Programmable Temperature Controller and 6 sets of Temperature Controller , and is made with a solid steel. The power source using the equipment is used as 380/440V at 300Amp. The number of Heater can be adjustable from 1 to 8 and Automatic/ Manual convertible. And the equipment can be used for a smaller product and a larger product. Also, this equipment can convert 300Amp of 220/440V 2phase into 6 channel, each 50Amp, and especially is equipped with Overload Prevention Device so that it can prevent from damaging of the product.

And the equipment is effective when Heat Treatment of a small sized product . Also, this equipment supplies 60V Voltage to the various types of low voltage Heater , and can supply 110V Power source to the assembly, lighting and tools, as well . This equipment is equipped with Overload Prevention Device so that it can prevent from damaging of the product.

This equipment is a Multi-point Automatic Temperature Recorder, and is used for monitoring Pre-Heating and Post Welding Heating Treatment (PWHT). On the record paper, the various colors are used to be recorded individually, and the equipment can be easily connected to the Heat Electric Velt Connector at the rear part of the Heat Electric Velt.
